APPG Women in Parliament
The APPG on Women in Parliament brings together MPs and peers to celebrate progress in women’s representation and advocate for more women in parliament across all parties, aiming for a diverse, gender-equal parliament by 2028—the centenary of equal franchise. It also supports women in parliament and those standing for public office.
It has driven change across Parliament through action by members as well as overseen the publication of ground-breaking research with clear recommendations.
Centenary Action supports the running of the APPG alongside the officers and members.
