In response to the new Modernisation Committee’s call for views, we wrote a submission jointly with King’s Global Institute for Women’s Leadership, with input from our Academic Advisory Group. In our submission we share our suggestions for how Parliament can be made a more accessible and inclusive place to work. We call for the Modernisation Committee to embed gender and diversity sensitivity within their work and for all proposed reforms to be assessed for their impact on women.
