On Thursday 30th November 2023 we brought together 40 women interested in politics to hear from our inspirational panel of speakers. On the panel we had Labour MP Paulette Hamilton, Conservative councillor Yvonne Clements, Lib Dem councillor and Deputy Group Leader Morriam Jan, Green Councillor Zoe Leventhal KC and West Midlands CWO Chair Susan Coleman. All spoke passionately about the need for more women in politics and their own political journeys. Great connections were made and Morriam Jan has already invited attendees from the event to visit her at Birmingham Council.
