IPSA, the body which regulates and administers MPs’ staffing and business costs, has announced a proposal to create a MP Parental Leave Cover Fund and policy which will set out eligibility for funding.
Centenary Action has long called for a formal provision for MPs to take parental leave, so this is very welcome news.
