For one night only we put down our placards for a ‘Gigglemas’ Fundraiser, bringing together 60 incredible women (and men) with Comedians Sandi Toksvig, Charlotte Evans, Shalaka Kurup and Pravanya Pillay.
Hosted by Orega – Workplace Serviced Offices operators – at their beautiful 80 The Strand office, it was a night to remember. To get us in the festive spirit, Sandi hosted the feminist quiz, before a comedy set about her work with the Women’s Equality Party and observations on women in work. Before handing over to Shalaka and Pravanya who giggled us through their observations on being a woman today.
Together we raised over £4,000 for Centenary Action, and our Mission 2028 to reach gender equality for the centenary of all women getting the vote.
